Nestro provides the software through which a venue and a professional can find each other and arrange a booking themselves. When you submit a booking request you make a direct offer to the professional, which becomes a booking only once they accept. The booking and any resulting agreement are strictly between the venue and the professional — Nestro is not a party to them.
The fee shown in your booking request is the gross amount agreed with the professional, exclusive of VAT. The agreement, invoicing, and payment for the work are strictly between the venue and the professional. Nestro is not a party to them and does not invoice, process, collect, or hold any payments. Any invoice is the professional’s own — Nestro only offers a feature a professional may choose to use to send it.
Cancellations are arranged directly between the venue and the professional. Nestro does not set, charge, mediate, or enforce any cancellation fee, and is not a party to any cancellation arrangement. We recommend giving as much notice as possible — ideally at least 48 hours before the shift starts — but any terms or consequences of a cancellation are strictly between the two parties.
You are responsible for providing a safe working environment, accurate venue information, and any tools or materials needed for the shift. The professional is responsible for showing up on time, in appropriate attire, and performing the agreed work to professional standards.
Nestro is a software (SaaS) platform that lets venues and professionals find each other and arrange bookings themselves. We are not an employer, agency, or party to any booking, agreement, invoicing, or payment between a venue and a professional, and we do not guarantee the performance, conduct, or outcomes of any individual shift.
Personal data shared during a booking is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and only used to facilitate the booking and communication between the parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
