For Talent
Is Nestro free for talents?
Yes — creating a profile, applying to jobs and getting booked is always free for talents. You only pay for optional upgrades like premium profile features.
How do I get hired?
Build a profile with your skills, languages, certs and a short reel. Browse open shifts in your city, apply, and venues will message or book you directly. You can also be invited via direct booking.
How does payment work?
You agree the rate with the venue directly. Nestro doesn't take a cut from your pay — payment, taxes and the contract are between you and the venue.
Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Yes, but it affects your reliability score. Cancel as early as possible if something comes up — venues see your history.
For Venues
Is it free to post a job?
Yes — posting a job is completely free. Applicants' names, photos and contact details stay locked until you unlock them: €44.95 reveals all applicants on a job plus 10 phone contacts (excl. VAT) — or become a member for unlimited posts with every applicant already unlocked.
How does Nestro work for venues?
Post a job for free or invite talent directly, then unlock the applicants you like, message and book. You handle the contract, payment and taxes — Nestro is the introduction layer and never takes a cut of your booking.
What does membership include?
Unlimited job posts and unlimited talent contact details — every applicant unlocked, direct invites, shortlisting & filters, PDF profile exports for your team, and an analytics dashboard. €150/mo (excl. VAT); the first term runs 6 months, then it renews monthly.
Can I check talent before I book?
Yes — every profile shows short video reels, ratings and reviews from venues, peer vouches and a reliability track record, so you know exactly who you're booking.
Posted job vs. direct booking — what's the difference?
A posted job collects applicants — talents apply and you choose. A direct booking is when you invite a specific talent for a specific date, and they accept or decline.
Which cities does Nestro cover?
We focus on the Netherlands today — Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht and the surrounding regions — and are expanding city by city.

Casterbeeis the booking platform we built for creative talent — models, actors, photographers, makeup artists. We've spent the last 6 years working with production houses and creative agencies, learning how to keep bookings direct and simple. Nestro is our attempt to bring some of that to hospitality.
